Cancellations & Changes to Appointments
*Please note the Cancellation Policy for all appointments booked with In Balance Massage & Yoga.
**You will be subject to the full charge of your booked appointment in the case of late cancellations, no show appointments, and/or changes to your appointment with under 24 hours notice. If you fall ill, please give as much notice as reasonably possible. Charges will still be incurred in cases of illness if appointment can not be filled.**
Circumstances are taken into account as much as possible, however please keep in mind that lost appointments are lost income, and time is needed to re-book open slots.
